5 Movies a Row Last Holiday

NOW YOU SEE ME (2013)

Well.. actually I pick this randomly since it’s been too long on my movie folder, and I haven’t watched that yet. I’ve also heard so much hype about this movie, so I decided to watch this on my end-year-holiday.

The plot is quite interesting. In the beginning we would be introduced to five people: four of them doing magic and the other one is a person who is secretly giving them different card. Because of those card, they meet in one place, the place which they then known as a place of The Eyes. After that the movie goes with their tricks in magic, people who try against them, and so on.

My note: do not take seriously when you watch this movie. Too much tricks. And too much twists. A definitely recommended movie! :))) Continue reading

King of 2 Hearts: in progress

As I promised, I’ll review some movies-I-currently-watching here. This time, I’m going to show you one of the drama I’m watching. I’m in my way watching King of 2 Hearts. It’s K-drama. Do you know this drama? 🙂

Well.. I won’t talk to much about this drama because I haven’t watch it ’till the 20th episode. I’m on episode 5, anyway.

Synopsis: (taken from wikipedia)

This drama is set in modern day where South Korea is governed by a constitutional monarchy. Lee Jae Ha (Lee Seung Gi) is a handsome and materialistic crown prince that doesn’t care about politics. His life turns upside down when his brother forces him to join a hybrid team consisting of soldiers from north and south Korea. Kim Hang Ah (Ha Ji Won) is a tough special forces agent who doesn’t have any experience in love or dating though she wishes to get married and live peacefully. When her comrade convinces her of joining the north-south team, she meets the cocky prince and they immediately start fighting but things change when they know they are arranged to be married.

I love the unusual idea of this story. Although I’m in the 5th episode, I’ll say that this one is definitely a great drama to watch! Seung Gi’s acts here was so different with his acts on My Girlfriend is a Gumiho (another K-drama). I’m not seeing him as Dae Wong anymore. Ji Won did the same thing, too. She still acted as a strong girl here, like she did on Secret Garden. But she’s more feminine here, IMO, though she’s looking for a man to marry. :p

Have you watched this drama until the last episode? Lucky you! I think I have a hard time to finish watching a drama like this because I have a little free time. If only I can finish watching this (I wish!), I will be so happy and not afraid to watch another dramas on my stack-of-unwatch-pile! XD

Happy weekend!
